Season 2, Episode 9: "Queen of Hearts"

"There it is. Storybrooke."-Cora
What!? Why? I just...NO! That was my general reaction to basically every second of this episode, though I really don't have much in the way of intense thoughts. I'm going to be kind of short and sweet with the character stuff, and probably more lengthy in the questions portion.
Also, my Broncos won again today! Ya'll best be very jealous of me and my awesome team! The soft whisper of "superbowl" continues to grow louder with each passing Sunday...

FAIRYTALE LAND FLASHBACKS:
Belle's tallys. Lost shoutout, anyone?
Hook was the wrong person to send after Cora. What about the Huntsman? I know he's probably awesome in the sack, but he can do more than just that. Hook is just way too easily taken advantage of. I don't see him winning in any upcoming battles with Gold.
Regina was looking sexy and awesome, as usual. I thought the words to her mother were pure BS (don't know why, I just do.), and her interactions with Hook were awesome.
Cora was in fact the Queen of Hearts. We all called it.

STORYBROOKE:
I still think David was way stupid for using the sleeping curse, but the end with Mary Margaret was very sweet. Those losers just can't help but keep finding each other.
Henry looked like some gang banger's kid in that hoodie. I kept thinking that through the entire episode.
Badass Gold was just the best. He was (as usual) his charming, perfect self. I love how easily he can manipulate Regina (and everyone else).
I wish Regina would get mean again. Her nicey-nice thing is really starting to bore me. I think Gold should start making decisions for her. Although I was glad when she saved Emma and MM. That was very sweet of her, and I felt the SwanQueen in the scene after they came out of the well.

PRESENT FTL:
Cora and Hook are not a good team. They are the two most untrustworthy people on earth and they need to split up. Their partnership is failing. Also, Hook needs to pick a bloody side already. And, I'm sorry, but I really do not understand why Cora even wanted to go to SB. It doesn't make sense to me.
Emma is magical! She's like Harry Potter!
Mulan and Aurora should be a couple because Phillip is going to be very conflicted if he gets out of wraith-world. It would just solve a lot of things, I think. Although I was super into SleepingHook in the last episode...I'll get back to you guys on my standpoint.

LINGERING THOUGHTS/QUESTIONS/MUSINGS:
-Where was Belle is SB? She needed to talk some sense into her man.Guys, I feel like I am contradicting myself here. I like Gold evil, but if Belle is involved he should be nice. I say we make Belle evil too so they can take over the world together.
-Regina's FTL outfits were awesome.
-What's going to happen to Mulan and Aurora? Are we just dropping that plotline now or what?
-Cora and Hook better start saving up for their first class tickets back to FTL because I don't think anybody is going to want them in SB...
-Okay, so the bean. It took Cora and Hook to the ocean right by SB...so where did Bae's bean take him? I ask because as soon as I saw the boat I had all the horrific images in my head of Bae appearing in the ocean and drowning. Also, what if the boat had landed in like, downtown NYC? Talk about awkward...
-Again with the bean: Rumple had been alive for God-knows-how-long and he never thought of this idea? Had he really never heard of Lake Nostos in all that time? I mean, really. You can think up Emma's entire life right down to the teeniest detail, but you didn't think of the bean-regeneration lake? This bothers me.
-Where did everybody think David was all through this?
-I'm sorry, but Gina is seriously losing reasons to be nice. She rescues Emma and Snow from Gold's freaky electric spell, and nobody even gives a crap. I know she has not exactly been mrs-nice-evil-queen before that, but the woman deserves a little respect for trying. If I were her, I'd go evil again. The kid is clearly not worth it, and nobody else will trust her.
-The promo had more of Gold looking for Neal...I mean Bae...no, just kidding, I definitely mean Neal. And he's hiring Emma to do it! Oh Gods, I'm liking this!
-I want more Belle. I have been cheated out of her scenes.
-Five weeks. Five forever long weeks. I don't think I can do this.

That's all from me! Leave your comments and follow me on twitter, @OUAFanBlog, and I will probably post some stuff over hiatus but if I don't then I will definitely see you all in five weeks! Have a magical five weeks. Open lots of presents, eat lots of food, and drink lots of alcohol. Xoxo!

Season 2, Episode 8: "Into the Deep"

"If there's one thing I know about your grandparents: they always find each other."-Regina
I am so speechless right now. That was awesome. This week has been pretty awesome for me. Been seeing the Les Mis trailer all over the place (who wants to come with me?), plus another Broncos win today. Then this beautiful ONCE episode. Even though we got no fairytale land flashbacks, we definitely got enough of other things for me to be happy. Like, insanely happy. And sad. And angry? I need to start talking, huh?

THE FAIRYTALE WORLD:
You know what sucks? I literally just started shipping Mulan and Aurora. In this episode. Then I started shipping Hook and Aurora. Then Cora took it upon herself to destroy both of my new ships. I am not okay with this. Anyway, Cora has definitely proved to me that she really is the bad guy here. Honestly though, I'm not really feeling it. I liked Rum and Regina as villians, so changing that feels wrong to me. Whatever. I have faith in the show so I will let them figure it out.
So, Emma hasn't been doing much lately. Kinda weird, but I guess I can roll with it. But you know what else I can roll with? An,Emma/Neal reunion. (unhealthy attatchment? Whatever do you mean!?)
Hook is sexy. Unbelievably so. My feeling about him are scattered because of this. I will get back to ya'll.
Okay but that thing with Aurora...what!? I'm so conflicted. Help!

DREAMLAND?
Aurora is such a lovely girl, and she proved that here. I really hope this wasn't the end of her! Her dreams with Henry were an interesting aspect and I want to see them meet in person. Just...just don't hurt my bb, writers! Don't do it!
Henry needed to scream louder! Just kidding, I know it's not his fault, but I still have some irritation left over about it.
Snow and Charming! Oh Gods, my beautiful babies! I am so sorry you guys, but I love Snowing. I will always love them. Their moment was perfect and I cried a little. No regrets!

STORYBROOKE:
Belle and Mr. Gold got their hamburger!! Lalalalalalalala sorry, can't hear you, I'm too busy singing about my beautiful OTP! But Regina. Stop. I love you, but that was not the time or place.
Unpopular opinion: I so prefer evil Regina to this non-magic-using, lame version of her. Where is my badass girl? I do not approve. Oh well, her moments with Henry were still cute.
David. I thought we were done with you being an idiot. I know you love your wife but clearly this was a sketchy idea. I say try again with Henry. You are still stupid. And don't you dare use the "we were cursed" excuse on me!
Mr. Gold is too perfect *stands up and claps* I love this man way too much. It's bad, guys.

LINGERING THOUGHTS/QUESTIONS/MUSINGS:
-Is Aurora dead? What is happenning there!? Why!? I can't.
-I have so many mixed feelings about Hook.
-Snowing! Sorry, ya'll, my Snowing shipper side loves to come out sometimes.
-I demand Mr. Gold read me a bedtime story!
-Don't worry, Henry. Regina and Grandpa Rum will take care of you! (what do you mean, I'm not over SwanFire?)
-Speaking of Rum and Henry possibly being related, David's "that kind of faith runs in our family" thing made me laugh. I love Rumple, but faith isn't really his thing for the most part.
-Rum wants to protect Belle again! Though she might just end up protecting him from a certain sexy pirate...
-I'm having a hamburger tomorrow. And some iced tea.
-was there a point to the zombie thing, because I missed it...
-Aurora wanted to go to SB! My heart broke for her there! She deserves another prince...or pirate...or Mulan...guys, this show is hurting me.
-Next week will be the end of me. I cannot take it if we get another episode like "The Heart is a Lonely Hunter" before hiatus again. I won't be able to take it.
-Actually, lets not even talk about hiatus. The weeks between next Sunday and January hereby no longer exist. No ONCE for three weeks? Please, I'll be under a sleeping curse with David so I can tell him what an idiot he is.

That's all from me! Thoughts go in the comments or to my twitter, @OUAFanBlog. I love you all and have a magical week!

Season 2, Episode 7: "Child of the Moon"

"Wolfstime or not, you won't hurt anyone tonight"-David/Charming

I am so sorry my review is so late! I was forced into eating dinner out at what had to be 7PM. I was not able to watch until about eleven at night, and I was pretty tired so forgive me if I am at all inaccurate. I have not missed a ONCE episode since February 12th ("Skin Deep", and yes I remember the date...). Anyway, enough about me, let's get to the episode.
THE FAIRYTALE WORLD:
Okay, to be quite honest, I was a little unimpressed, especially with the high standards I hold ONCE to, but whatever. It was still good.
Red and Snow are adorable as friends, I love the dynamic they have, and I love that they are always there for each other, no matter what happens. And, wow, does a lot of stuff happen.
Red's Mom was not very likable, IMO, she was a little crazy and started to remind me of Cora. Seriously, these writers need to think about the parental issues they scar every single character with. Personally, I think Red's mom was a little crazy, and a little too desperate to be different, and to make Red as such. In the words of Sebastian (crab from "The Little Mermaid") "children got to be free to live their own lives."
Quinn reminded me of a wolf-August at first, but over the course of the episode he grew of me a bit. He's a broken character, as is everyone on the show, and it was sad to see him die, probably more so for Snow than anyone else. The poor girl is probably sick of seeing people die because of her.
Red in general is such a wonderful character, and Meghan Ory portrays her nicely. She is such a strong character, and I love that she was willing to protect Snow, it was incredibly sweet.

STORYBROOKE:
Oh Gods this part was so weird I don't even know what to say. I figure it is best to just dive right in, rip it off  like a band aid, so....
King George/Spencer is a crazy person. From what I can tell, Charming really did not do all that much wrong to him except not marry Abigail. And now he does not even have a right to complain because David DID end up marrying Abigail. I know, I know, that does not really count because they were cursed, but still. The man needs cry me a river, build a bridge, and get over it. Snow and Emma are gone, David is clearly already a wreck. It was just mean to try and take him down for no reason. Besides, Storybrooke is hardly a monarchy. I have no idea what King George was trying to accomplish. Seriously, step down, Charles Whidmore!
Poor Billy! I was about two minutes away from forming an unhealthy attachment to him!I will not be forgiving these writers for this very easily, nor will I be showing any more sympathy toward King George.
It was interesting to see Belle and Mr. Gold both in the episode, but having no scenes together. I will not lie and say I was happy with it, but it was nice to see their faces on my screen either way. I just hope we see more of them together soon.
David is having an emotional breakdown, I think. When he shows more than one manly tear you know everything just got real.
Ruby, again, is a sweetheart, and I'm glad we are past this whole wolf thing now. Nobody is going to be trying to pin murders on her or anything. However, I do think she might want someone to talk to. Maybe  therapist. Maybe a certain ginger cricket therapist. I think they would get along quite nicely. *wink wink*

DREAMS?
Aurora and Henry are confusing me. I am very confused. Confusion.

LINGERING THOUGHTS/QUESTIONS/MUSINGS:
-I'm sorry, but I have to say this. After all this time of me calling David a total Jack Shephard, King George, aka Charles Whidmore, calls him simply "Shephard". I am so done. Sorry if ya'll didn't watch LOST, you had better get to renting the DVDs or something because it is necessary.
-Since I'm still having major Tallahassee detox, I want to know when we can see Neal/Bae (Cause he's Bae.) again. *grovels at the feet of Eddy and Adam*
-Hey! Yeah, OUAT writers! Where's my hamburger date scene!?
-Did ya'll see that promo? Zombies? What!?

Okay, that's all from me. I will see you all in two weeks due to the stupid American Music Awards. Questions go in comments or to my twitter, @OUAFanBlog. Have a magical two weeks, my lovely oncers!

Season 2, Episode 6: Tallahassee

"What I really want is you"-Neal Cassady
Excuse me while I dry my tears. That was beautiful, even with me being totally biased about it since I have been wanting an Emma episode forever. Not to mention the fact that they used Jorge Garcia as the giant. I really liked this episode, and I have so much to say about it so I'll shut up and do that.

THE FAIRYTALE WORLD:
I am not really feeling this Hook and Emma thing. Maybe it just needs to grow on me, or maybe I'm still holding out for SwanQueen, but either way I just do not think they are right for each other. However, I will never complain about Hook acting more sexy than he already is, so I guess I can live with it. And their segment was pretty entertaining, what with all their heisting and stuff.
Snow, Aurora, and Mulan were pretty lame. I mean, I am still waiting for Aurora and Mulan to have some real significance here, and I am not getting that. The characters are falling flat for me, but I trust OUAT to pick them up again.
The Giant was awesome, and not just because he is Hurley. I seriously loved what they did with it. They turn the villians into the victims and it works. I am holding out for some backstory on the giant.

STORYBROOKE (all ten seconds of it):
So, Henry and Aurora dreamed of each other, huh? Yeah, um...what?
Charming is perfect. The end.

NOT-STORYBROOKE (EMMA FLASHBACKS)
Oh, Gods this is going to be interesting.
Emma and Neal are the epidamy of perfection to me. I tend to fall in love with messed up ships like this, and they were no exception. Every time they kissed it made me squeal because I love the idea of them,so much. Obviously, they are both such incredibly broken souls, and it makes for such a heartbreaking story. And, unfortunately, those are the stories I always fall in love with. I mean, you guys saw me after "Skin Deep". You know what I am talking about.
I hope August gets burned in a fire.  (preferably by Mr. Gold. Belle can help.) I know some of you guys like him, but in my brain he is officially the male version of the Blue Fairy. He sunk my ship and completely crushed both Emma and Neal for completely selfish reasons. If you all remember "The Return" August is very good at crushing the souls of people for selfish reasons. I just can't stand him. I am 100 percent okay with him staying wooden. Like, forever.

LINGERING THOUGHTS/QUESTIONS/MUSINGS:
-I'll say it: I totally think and hope Neal is Baelfire. SwanFire all the way. I ship it like fedex.
-I hope to the Gods that we get more of Neal stat. Because I have already developed a little crush on the character and I need him back in my life. I demand to have him on another episode. Now.
-Backstory for the Giant, please.
-How are you guys standing on thia Captain Swan business?
-August is a brat. Sorry, I had to say it again.
-Do ya'll trust Hook?
-No Rum, Belle, or Gina. But despite that, I still found a way to love it. You win this round, OUAT, but you'd better get to that hamburger date scene or things will get nasty.
-No ONCE on the 18th because Satan decided to create the American Music Awards. I'm kidding, but I will miss our show very much.
-That promo! All you Little Reds must be freaking out!
-SWANFIRE
Okay, I'm done now. Questions go in comments or to the twitter, @OUAFanBlog. Have a magical week and I will see you all, next Sunday!

Season 2, Episode 5: "The Doctor"

"Not magic. Science."-Dr. Whale/Dr. Frankenstein
Intriguing episode tonight, if a little bit freaky. Definitely different from what I'm used to on OUAT. I apologize in advance if I seem distant with my review, the Broncos game is on at the same time. But football is irrelevant when put up next to tonight's OUAT.

Present Fairytale World
I want to hate Hook, but I can't. Maybe it is how ridiculously sexy he is, or maybe I just can't hate someone with puppy eyes like that. I do not, however, know if I should trust him. He is not exactly a trustworthy guy, being completely driven by his hatred for Rumpelstiltskin.
Emma, Snow, Aurora, and Mulan are being lumped together now because they did nit really do much. Emma's super power is less selective now, I guess, and Snow is still awesome. Aurora was sweet trying to protect Hook, and Mulan was her mysterious self.

Storybrooke:
Oh, Lord I don't even know what to say. Yhis was just so...twisted.
Regina is amazing. Lana Parilla for ALL THE AWARDS! Regina was so broken here, and she is such a messed up character...it's weird. She is a bit like Rumple in the sense that she is clinging to the past. However what is worse is that Regina really did not have a prayer of getting the real Daniel back to her, the way he was before. I am actually hoping this whole experience makes Regina wicked again. I don't want her redeemed. I like her mean!
Dr. Whale has just made the favorite character list because David Anders is perfect. Even though I am going to miss the "WHO ARE YOU!?!?" jokes, it's okay because we got to see Whale being super awesome here. The way he played being so desperate was awesome. I hope we get a lot more of his backstory.
David is being such a Jack Shephard. Calm down, bro.
I wad so scared for Henry! Love his horse. Kid is still adorable. That is all.
Archie deserves some appreciation. Poor guy has probably had an overload of clients.

Past Fairytale World:
This was my favorite part of the episode.
Regina, again, is so broken, and I hate seeing how she became so evil. And, again, LANA FOR ALL THE AWARDS! That scene where she was crying of Daniel's body...just wow.
Jefferson is amazing. Flat out amazing. Though his circle of friends is very questionable. Rumple, Regina, Dr. Frankenstein. He needs to get it together. I 'm assuming this pre-mad-hatter, but he still seems pretty crazy to me. And since Grace was not around, I'm wondering who her mother was. It would make a very interesting story.
Dr. Frankenstein was very cool. I liked what they did with the character, and I am so excited to see more of him, and his monster. It should be very interesting.
Rumpelstiltskin was awesome, as usual. I am not sure how to feel about him planning out Regina's surrender into evil. He wanted her to let go of the past, but that did nit actually happen. Instead, she became angry and vengeful. Was that always his intention? I felt bad for the random girl Regina killed. That was mean.
Lingering Thoughts/Questions/Musings:
-Do you trust Hook?
-I know that Snow and Emma aren't Rum's biggest fans or anything, but I found it weird that when Hook said he wanted revenge on him they were just, "oh. Okay. Well, we don't trust you, but we don't care if you hurt him so I guess we'll untie you."
-Ogres were slower this time
-The lack of Belle was disappointing
-Who do you think Dr. Frankenstien's brother is?
-Is anyone else getting mega-confused by Rumple's timeline?
-The promo!! Yay for Jorge Garcia!! And teen!Emma!! I'm so excited you guys!!!
So, that's all I've got to say. Broncos are winning 31-7; it's been a good night! Questions go in comments or to twitter, @OUAFanBlog

Season 2, Episode 4: The Crocodile

Okay! Where do I even begin...this episode was probably the absolute sexiest of OUAT for me, and I hate myself for watching a bunch of the sneak peeks and promos. I am now officially blacklisting spoiler tags. Anyway, this was just perfection and I am eager to start rambling!
The Fairytale World:
Honestly, I thought both areas of the episode were incredibly interesting. If I had to pick a favorite, maybe I liked Storybrooke a little more but this was also amazing.
Rumpelstiltskin is like the John Locke of OUAT. His life is SO SAD. Between his son, his wife, and Belle...it's ridiculous. The whole thing with Milah...I really do not think he loved her any more than she loved him. He just did not realize it because he had never been in love. If he loved her, he never would have been able to watch her die the way he did. If he loved her, his reaction would have been like Hook's, but it wasn't. What they had was an illusion. It was almost what they needed, but not quite.
Milah is really just stupid. I mean, yeah, she loved Hook, but she should also love her son. Her son should always be the most important thing to her, whether or not she loved Rum. I really do hate her. I understand the true love thing, but she is an idiot. Love the actress though, she was fantastic.
And Hook, can someone turn on the air conditioner because it just got HOT in here! Dang! I am ashamed to admit that Hook distracted me all through the episode, but I regret nothing! I mean, Colin o'Donaghue played Hook amazingly. The character is mean and really not a good person, but...he is like a less broken Rum. Either way, he can tick my tock any day if you know what I mean.
Smee is confusing. I don't know if I should hate him or not.
Storybrooke:
Oh good God so much to say...I'll start with something less painful.
Charming and Ruby both rock. Can we just sit back and love them for a minute. They are so much smarter than Rum and Belle in this relationship. I just love them, they are officially perfect.
Moe is a nutjob. I get that he wants to protect his daughter but that is really not the right path to take. I mean...
Dear Parents:
If you don't like your kid's boyfriend/girlfriend, do not send them through a mine and brainwash them. That is not a good plan. Sincerely,
Robin
All joking aside, that was just messed up. And made me sob, too.
Belle haters are ridiculous. Belle is a strong woman who doesn't let people push her around. If you're going to hate on that, enjoy your crazy juice somewhere else, por favor. Honestly, I love Belle, though the writers seem to enjoy torturing her. She is such a perfect character. She is strong and determined, but she knows what she wants and won't let it get away.
Mr. Gold needed a hug all through this episode. Poor thing had to deal with being lied to by Moe, untrusted by everyone, and being given a heart attack by his true love nearly losing all memories of him. I am sorry, you can call him nuts all you want, but for everything he has been through, he has held up pretty nicely. I just really wish he had not brought magic now! How long must we wait for our Rum/Bae reunion!? *glares at August*
Lingering Thoughts/Questions/Musings:
-Speaking of August, where is that morally challenged wooden man?
-They just live to keep those Rumbelle kisses from us, don't they?
-Do you think everyone in Neverland or wherever will find their way back? Just Emma and Snow? Not Emma and Snow?
-Charming's arms are perfection.
-Rumple/Hook swordfight>Magic Mike
-What'd ya'll think of the episode?
-Regarding the promo for next week: WHAT. ON. EARTH. WAS. THAT.
-Really hoping Rumple can break the "new curse."
-You guys think maybe Bae was the guy in the premiere he got the postcard and now HE will find STORYBROOKE? That was my thought.
Anyway, that's it for my thoughts. This episode made my top 5. Did you guys like? Questions go in comments or to the twitter, @OUAFanBlog. Have a magical week, see you all next Sunday!

Season 2, Episode 3: Lady of the Lake

Awwww that was beautiful. Simply beautiful, which is no less than you expect from this director (also that of "Snow Falls" and "Skin Deep"). I just have so many things to say so lets get right to it.
Storybrooke:
Poor David and Henry seem so lost without Emma and Snow. But at least they are kind of figuring it out. I hope they can manage Storybrooke alright without those strong ladies.
Jefferson and Grace just MELTED MY HEART. I nearly cried when they were reunited it was just so beautiful. I love that Grace still loves her father and that now they can be a family again. This was probably my favorite part of the episode, it was simply amazing.
Present Fairytale World:
I'm pretty sure everyone's reaction to this was "What?", which makes complete sense. So, now I am going to "What?" all over you guys.
So, Mulan and Aurora I really did not like much at first, but they are kind of starting to grow on me. I hope Aurora really can get over herself, and that Mulan can just continue to be calm and cool. The characters have a lot of potential and I hope they are used well.
Snow and Emma had that perfect moment and the end and oh my gosh I wanted to cry. I do not have children, nor am I very attatched to my family, but I think that moment struck a chord with everyone. It was brilliantly done. I loved it.
And now...Cora. Let me just quote tumblr for a minute and say, things Cora is: Evil, manipulative, awful, untrustworthy, etc. things Cora is not: a friend. And it's good that Snow saw that, but bad that Cora turned out to be a shape-shifter. I just hope Snow and Emma can get rid of her somehow because we really don't need her causing more problems. I mean, these characters have enought issues, okay.
Past Fairytale World:
I have done this last because it was my favorite part of the episode. I don't know why, it was just so beautiful and so perfect. I just loves it.
Snow and Charming can get old sometimes, but they always wind up making you love them again. This was a point in the show where the Snowing shipper part of me just, burst out and sang about how lovely they are. I just love them, all the time. Enought said.
Poor Lancelot! He was so good to Snow and Charming (even if he killed Charming's mum a bit indirectly), I was so upset to hear that he died because of Cora. I hope we get more of him somehow *winks and writers*
Charming's mother...oh my gosh. So heartbreaking, how do I even explain...I love that she loved her son enought to die for his happiness. Maybe this is how all mothers are, but it was just so beautiful. I loved it. And she died during their wedding...oh Gods that was beautiful.
Lingering Thoughts/Questions/Musings
-Operation Viper? Scorpion? Henry, you are perfect.
-Regina being redeemed is not really sitting well with me. I love Gina, she is my favorite female character, but I like her evil and I'm waiting for her to become evil again. However, Henry standing her up for lunch was saddening. Poor Gina.
-Usually, episodes without Rumple disappoint me, but this was an exception to that.
-Where did Cora go and when will we be rid of her?
-May we have a King George centric episode just because of reasons? I'm becoming curious about this character.
-Guise. The teddy bear. LOST.
-Is Regina redeemed?
-What is even Charming's name?
-Can you all even wait for next week? Hook and Rumple and Belle and wow...I am so excited it is crazy. I know the writers are aware that the Rumbelle fandom likes to have their emotions battered, but hopefully they will be sort of gentle. Lets not have the return of "The Return" alright?
Questions go in comments or on el twitter, @OUATFanBlog. I am going to watch 666 Park Avenue and ya'll have a lovely week!

Season 2, Episode 2: We Are Both

Good job, ONCE. It's not like I was already crying over the Broncos game or anything. Anyway...Really interesting, slightly insane episode tonight. My emotions are kind of confused. There was just so much going on and there are so many questions. Anyway, let's just get to it, shall we?
The Fairytale World:
No crazy dementors this time around, but we did get some if Cora, which is not much better. I hate that she ruined Regina, who could have been so pure and wonderful had she been given the oppourtunity to live a life with someone she loved. It is sad to think that because Daniel was killed, the person Regina could have been was killed too. Cora ruined her daughter, though she did not want to, and many people died because of it. Now, Regina. I sort of already said everything but whatever. It is so sad to see her still wanting to be good. She hates that her mother is so vicious and she does not want to be that, ever. And I almost feel like she could have been a good person still had it not been for someone else.
Which brings me to Rumpelstiltskin. You guys all know I have a real nice one-sided love affair going on with him, but even I was a little irked with him in this. Now, it has become clear to me that Regina is in fact the baby he wanted, and Cora is the millers daughter. I think he had Regina get rid of her mother for him, for his revenge on her for guessing his name or however she ended up keeping Regina. Now he is all about helping her be magical and whatnot, but obviously, they don't end up being power hungry BFFs in the long run. So what changes between them? I woukd really like to know.
I'm going to add the whole Snow, Emma, Aurora, Mulan, Curse Escapees, and Cora again to this FTL thing. Now, I find it a bit irrational that they just up and capture Snow and Emma before even questioning them, then they throw them into a hole thing in a very LOST-esque fashion. And who is down there? None but Cora. The mild SwanQueen shipper part of me is kind of hoping Emma will kick Cora's arse in Regina's honor, but I also hope Snow and Emma just at least see through her friend BS. Either way, I'm curious.
Storybrooke:
Holy Mary Margaret Mother of Emma where do I even begin...
How about with August. Um...what!? He just up and left? He did not stop to think that maybe someone like Henry or Emma would tell Gepetto where he was? Okay. Whatever toasts your bagel, but that was dumb.
And Charming. If you were a lostie then you must have thought he was going a little Jack Shephard on us here. Wanting to save everyone and fix everything...oh my. He needed to maybe appoint some people to do different things. I don't want him coming up with plans like blowing open hatch doors and climbing onto bomb-infested submarines.
Jefferson, what is wrong with you? No, really. What was he doing? Did it not occur to him that now his daughter knows who he is? Okay, man. Okay.
Mr. Gold made me want to cry in this episode. We can all assume that what he wants is to find his son. Well, that is going to be hard when he cannot leave the town without forgetting everything. I was also a bit disappointed at the lack of Belle. Should she not have been there to comfort him through all that? Shame on you, writers. Either way, I hope Gold can find a way around all of it. We want Bae back just,as much as he does.
It is so obvious that Regina and Henry do love each other, and it is sad that because of their different natures, a healthy mother-son relationship cannot really work between them. Also, it is obvious that Regina is not conpletely redeemed. First off, she kept the book. Secondly, it would be boring if she changed so fast. I know she loves Henry but as she told Rum, she also loves her magic.
Lingering Thoughts and/or Questions:
-"So simple even David Nolan could figure it out" Gold, stop making us love you.
-How is Cora still the same age? Does this give any indication about when everything went down?
-What will happen with Emna and Snow?
-Why do you think Gold wanted to leave so badly?
-Since FTL exists, do you think everyone will want to go back, with perhaps the exception of Gold, perhaps Belle, and maybe Gina?
-What's the deal with August?
-Am I the only one who constantly finds myself wanting to ship Evil Charming?
-How can I build a time machine to nake next Sunday get here faster?
Thanks for listening to me ramble! Questions can be asked in comments or on twitter, @OUAFanBlog. Have a magical week and I will see all you Oncers next Sunday!

Season 2, Episode 1: Broken

Holy...wow. Like...what? I need to get my thoughts straight. That was amazing. Damn, was that amazing. So much stuff happened and so many new questions presented thenselves. Forgive the structuring of this post because it is going to be awful.
The Enchanted Forest:
Aurora, Mulan, and Phillip. I was not impressed at first. The whole episode I just kept thinking "what is the point?" But I think that is what kept me interested. Because I did not understand, I kept watching. There are still a ton of unanswered questions regarding this segment. Is Phillip dead? Why were they still in FTL? Obviously Mulan and Phillip must have had some kind of, um...affection going on if it was just the two of them for 28 years. Anyway, nice segment, I am super excited to see what happens.
The awkward dementor thing was weird. I mean...what? I am so confused.
Storybrooke:
The Charmings were so cute! Snow and Charming were such pushy parents and Emma was totally like "get offa me" and it was just really interesting. I think they portrayed it very well. I also loved how Emma was totally down with Henry's wishes. She understood why he did not want Regina dead and it made sense. Whereas Charming was still giving into the David in him a bit, ready to kill her without thinking straight.
Dr Whale. No, really. Literally everyone wants to know who you are.
Regina is so easy to feel bad for in spite of everything. She is human and she does love Henry and even though she is a lot if evil, it is sad to see her suffer. Gold though...boy did he lose any sympathy for her.
And going off that, Gold and Belle were the cutest thing I have ever seen in my life. They are definitely going to have issues, but they just have so much chemistry that you cannot NOT want them to be together. Everyone ships RumBelle to an extent, don't deny it.
The awkward dementor thing was weirder in Storybrooke because like...it's an awkward dementor out to get Regina because Gold, marked her with that thingymabob. I don't know, guys. It's freaky.
Random Questions, Thoughts, and Ramblings:
-"They're gonna kill her!" "Great! Lets go watch!" Oh, Grumpy...
-all the reunions were so cute.
-You know what's awesome about this show? It can be a total cheese wedge and we will still love it. Like when the Charmongs were all standing with brooms in Gina's office. We can make fun of that and still love it. It's awesome.
-Anyone else get massive chipped cup feels?
-Anyone else feel the SwanQueen when Emma and Gina's were getting the hat to work?
-No, really. The dementor.
-What do you think will happen with Mary M and Emma?
-That guy at the beginning. Have at.
-Did you like the premiere?
Aaaaaand those are my initial thoughts. Feel free to ask questions through comments or hit me up on twitter (@OUAFanBlog) or my tumblr (robinsparkles14.tumblr.com). Have a magical week and I await next Sunday!

Once Upon a Time Season 2 Promos/Sneak Peeks/Thoughts

Hello, beautiful Oncers! So glad there are obly eight more days until ONCE season 2! This summer has been FOREVER LONG, right? But at least we have some nice promos and sneak peeks to hold us over. This post is very spoiler heavy, so if you do not want to be spoiled, don't look.
So, that first promo is for the ABC Sunday lineup, and it doesn't look like they'll be calling it "ABC Feel Good Sunday" anymore, right? The promo is for ONCE, Revenge, and the newbie 666 Park Avenue, which I think I'm going to start watching because, yup, that was John Locke. Anyway, ABC deserves a freaking medal for this promo because it's AMAZING. Got me really excited for Sundays this year.
You guys remember this one. They aired it right after "A Land Without Magic" to torture out feelings. In this promo we got to see Snow and Charming and Emma and Gina and Gold and Belle, plus a glimpse at Mulan and Aurora. WOW. This promo was CRAZY! I jumped off my couch when I saw it!

In this sneak peek we discover something very interesting...magic doesn't really work for Regina in Storybrooke. That ought to make for an interesting season. And also, because someone needs to say it, WHO ARE YOU, DR. WHALE!?!?!?

This sneak peek shows the whole Charming clan, with the exception of Henry, and they have Regina locked up, poor thing. I really don't understand why they locked her up since she is unable to use magic and therefore cannot really hurt them, but whatever. I'm sure they will explain it in the premiere. Plus, this sneak peek had Gold at the end doing the proud walk of a man who just got laid (don't give me credit for that joke, I got it off tumblr.)

And here we see everyone walking down the street and it's not awkward, right? Them having a family reunion in from of everyone as they go on a quest to find Rumpelstiltskin? Oh, Lord. Either way, I am excited to see how Emma works everything out with her parents. I think it will be very sweet once Emma gets over herself. Not that I blame her for being crazed like that, that is exactly how I would react. Also, I love how parent-like Snow and Charming are in this, it just warms my heart.

And finally, this clip. I actually did not put it last because I'm a Rumbelle nut. I put it last because I couldn't find it. Anyway, this was just awesome. He is so ready to protect her and destroy Regina in her name, but she's too sweet and adorable to let him do that. Now, I know more Rumbelle spoilers than I'd like to, but this clip was just mind-blowing and heart-smashing. I cannot wait to see this couple next season. CAN'T WAIT!!

Only a week left, you guys. We can do this.

Once Upon a Time Season 2 Spoilers and Promo

Hello my beautiful dearies!! Sorry I've been, M.I.A. for a while, I'm a terrible blog owner. Anyway, just thought I'd share some nice spoilers with you guys, and, of- course, post the amazing season 2 promo!! -Jefferson will definitely be appearing nezt season, along with Maleficent -Episode 4 is about Captain Hook, but is also very RumBelle centric. -The premiere is titled "Broken" and is said to be more Snow White centric, however it looks like Mulan, Aurora and Prince Phillip will also be in it. -Jorge Garcia (Yes, from LOST) has been cast as the giant, which I assume means Jack and the Beanstalk. I'd also like to brag that I totally called that one. -Jennifer Morrison recently tweeted about an Emma centric episode being in the works. Okay! That is my spoiler knowledge at the moment, but feel free to comment with your own spoilers. I always label spoilers, but this blog is NOT spoiler-free.

Season 1 Finale: "A Land Without Magic"

"Magic is coming"-Mr. Gold/ Rumpelstiltskin
Oh my Lord, all the feelings inside me...woah. That was freaking insane. And Ginny Goodwin was right, I did throw things at my TV. Well, first off I'd like to wish all you moms a happy Mother's Day (mostly to make up for the fact that I ignored my mom for OUAT today...ouch.). Secondly, I just had to say how perfect this was. You see, I'm going to die over the lack of good television over summer, guaranteed. But I love how OUAT makes it easier than my other favorite shows, which leave me on a complete hangover with no happy endings in sight. I'm happy with the way they ended the season. And I'm excited for the next. Nuff said.

THE FAIRYTALE WORLD:
So, The Huntsman, right? As much as I absolutely loved this finale, I do wish we could have seen more of him, seeing as how we all love him so freaking much. But, hey. We'll live, right? I'm crossing my fingers that he'll be back again next season because I can't get enough of that sexy man.
Maleficent had a really cool part in this, and I loved how Disney it was, and how it tied in with the Storybrooke plot.
Snow and Charming (especially Charming) were totally adorable, as always. The whole 'take back the kingdom' thing was kind of a cheeseball but that's okay. It had to be done. Charming fighting the dragon was as epic as it gets, and him waking Snow was beautiful. Loved it! A lot of the scenery (whether it was green screen or not) was also gorgeous. All around, nice, lighthearted, and tied in well with the Storybrooke storyline.
Rumpelstiltskin is amazing. Like, seriously amazing. That sword fight was the most awesome, legendary (aw man, got that HIMYM finale tomorrow, I'm screwed) thing I have ever seen. And when Rumple was talking about Belle (might as well face it) I cried. He's such a loveable character. The fact that he can be so evil and yet so awesome is beyond me. I mean, really. He could slaughter the whole town (I really hope that isn't what he did at the end) and I would be like "I love you so much!" #tumblrpost.
Anyway, lets move on...
STORYBROOKE
Oh my, there is a whole darn lot to discuss here, lets start off with something kind-sorta easy...
Dr Whale...WHO THE HELL ARE YOU!?!?!? Sorry, it needed to be said. Anyway.
Regina and Emma working as a kind-of team was fascinating to me. I don't ship Swan-Queen but I do like the way they interact on the show. And Mr. Gold's snap ("actually, he's HER son.") made me laugh at their rivalry. Can't they just accept that they're both his mother in two different ways? (but not the Swan-Queen way, guys. Sorry.). Emma waking Henry up was entirely predictable, mostly because they totally gave it away in the promos, but whatever. Oooh! And Emma's angry face and the whole fighting thing in the back room was awesome. I almost started crying for no reason. However, I didn't like the way Emma finally decided to believe in the curse. I expected more, after they've been building it up all season.
Jefferson has just earned himself a spot on the fave-character list. I love you, bro! And I hope to God that you find your adorable daughter!
Don't like that Blue Fairy Nun.
Mary M and David...I was really upset with Mary M at the beginning of the episode when she said he had no reason to stay. I was like "He's your true love, you troll! Just kidding, you're not a troll. I love you, Mary M!" But the end was lovely. Really beautiful and just amazing. I love these two no matter what. Seriously. I'll always be rooting for them.
August was the 'shocking' character who died? Wow, that was super lame. And you all predicted it in the poll. Hats off to you, dearies. Speaking of which...
I'm so glad Henry lived...I've loved that kid since the Pilot.
Mr. Gold and Belle. I swear I am going to try to be calm about this for the sake of the haters (who are going to want to skip the next few sentences) but seriously...how adorable and amazing was that!?!? Sooooooo adorable and amazing! Guys. I am a die-hard Rumbelle shipper, and you will have to deal with it for a loooong time. Sigh. My heart is on a cloud. Anyway, on to the real discussion. What on earth was he doing at the end there? I'm so confused! I got really mad and threw a few pillows at my television, screaming. That was nuts! I mean, what was he hoping to accomplish? Did he just like...re-enact the curse? Did it have to do with Bae? What just went down???? my confusion is eating me alive!

LINGERING THOUGHTS AND/ OR QUESTIONS:
-What's going to happen next season?
-Is the curse broken...or what?
-Was that the end of August?
-What the heck was Gold doing there?
-What will happen to....well...everyone!?
-How will we survive the summer?!?!?
-How awesome is everyone on this show? Seriously. I am legitimately in love with every single character. All of them. How do you get such a flawless cast?
-So, maybe this one is just me, but what about that gym teacher guy? You know, Frederick?
-Is it just me, or is everyone in the hospital like, a mystery character?
-Gold: I've been saving it for a rainy day Emma: Well it's storming like a bitch, where is it!?...classic.
-What did you think of the finale????

AND COMING UP AFTER THE SUMMER...
OUAT season 2, bitches! Lets do this!
I will be posting all summer about random OUAT things, so always feel free to check in!

Your OUAT Finale Spoilers Guide

Hello, Oncers! Are you ready for your finale spoilers...I've been collecting them so be prepared to be bombarded!
Okay, here are the promos/ sneak peeks (I've been trying to cut myself off from them but it's really a hopeless cause.)
Alright, I hope you enjoyed those...and got excited because I got really freaking excited!!!
Here are some other interesting things to note:
-OUAT has OFFICIALLY been renewed for a second season!
- Ginnifer Goodwin said about the finale on "Good Morning America": “You will be shocked. You will throw things at the television. You will not believe it…. You will not believe where we are taking the show in the finale. It was shocking to all of us.”
-Eddie and Adam teased a beautiful part of the finale, saying:
Q: Will we be seeing any more episodes with Rumple and Belle A: “There is one episode left, so I would be very disappointed as a fan if they didn’t make an appearance in it.”
-Belle, The Huntsman, and Maleficent are all in the finale.

Any more spoilers are appreiciated! I love you all, and I can't wait until Sunday!
Let's get ready to Rumbelle! (Sorry, haters. It had to be said.)

Season 1, Episode 21: "An Apple Red as Blood"

"Losing my life for love. That's a sacrifice I am happy to make"-Prince 'Charming' James
Guess who took actual notes today? That's right, me! Anyway, I'm such a wreck right now. I seriously cannot believe any of this. And to think I spent the day freaking out over the HIMYM finale...wow. I mean, this was just over the top amazing. I'm still in shock. Wow. Just WOW.

THE FAIRYTALE WORLD:
So, I guess I'll start with Snow and Regina. Their plotline was the fascinating part of the whole fairytale story this time around. See, I had no idea Snow didn't know about Daniel and how he died. I truly thought she knew. After all, she admitted to ruining Regina's life. When it was made clear that she had no idea Daniel had died because of her I felt bad for both of them. But in all honesty, I was kind of rooting for Regina in this episode. I just feel like she's a more complex and interesting character in this show. And, lets face it, I transferred to the evil side long ago. However, you couldn't help but let out a little gasp at Snow and Charming's telepathic moment before she fell onto the ground. The whole apple bit was done extremely well.
Next up is Snow and her cronies. Wait...that came out wrong. They aren't cronies. Anyway, I thought this segment was a little boring. I mean, I love Disney, but OUAT has always put a big twist on all the stories and not made them too cliche or cheesy, but this part of it was really like that. It was like 'haha! we're fighting and winning! Good prevails yay!' lame...But I liked how Snow was such a badass. Gotta love her.
Snow and Charming are so adorable. I fell in love with them in "7:15AM" and I'm still really liking their plotline (although Mary M and David are a different story...). I'm glad they get their happy ever after. but I do wish characters like Regina and Rumple could get theirs too.

STORYBROOKE:
Jefferson and Regina are such a weird pair. Since "Hat Trick" I've more shipped him with Emma, and seeing him with Gina kind of made me laugh. I mean, he should rip her to shreds. Weird weird. And I was a little upset that Regina sure as hell won't be holding up her end of the deal. I also totally called that the whole cutting off Regina's head thing was a dream...except I thought it was Emma's dream until it was actually happening. I felt so sorry for Gina.I mean, yeah, she's evil, but stil...she's scared and sad and alone and I can't help but feel for her.
Regina and Gold. Oh, man. So, let me get this straight. The only way the curse gets broken is if Emma dies? Because that's how Rumple designed it...oh man. This is so not cool. I mean, Gold, Emma, and Regina are my top 3 fave characters....why must they be against each other?!? Sigh. On a different note, That moment when this dialogue occuered:
Regina: I'll give you anything you want
Gold: You have nothing more to offer
I so wanted Regina to just tell him about Belle because she DOES have something to offer! Arggh! Why!?!?
Emma. WHY DO YOU NOT BEILIEVE IN THE CURSE!?!?! I was never intensely bothered by this before but now it's killing me! She needs to LOOK AROUND and WAKE UP. Isn't it about time? #Jefferson.
And Henry. whyyyyyyyyy!?!? Henry is my 4th favorite character and the idea that he killed himself (well, pretty much) over the curse makes me so sad. If Emma would just believe this would all be OK...but she won't and now...aw man. This is just so upsetting.
August. I still do not like that man.
LINGERING THOUGHTS AND/OR QUESTIONS:
-So the finale...who's excited!? And who's going to die?
-Belle and Maleficent and Jefferson are coming back! Yay...can't wait! Jane Epenson said that Belle's return would be 'satisfying' and if it isn't...aw man. Someone will die.
-What will happen to Henry?
-Queenie's dress was just the bomb in this.
-I guess Emma can't leave now...
-Why do you think Gold wants the curse broken?
-So, is the Katherine storyline over or...what?
-Don't like them faries.
-Jeniffer Morrison did an interview recently and said that Emma would find it so crazy for Henry to be so convinced the curse is real...enough to put his life on the line. Guess I should have seen this coming.
-Stealthy was mentioned!
-CAN YOU EVEN WAIT FOR THE FINALE!?!?!?!

AND COMING UP NEXT WEEK...
"A Land Without Magic" by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz
Season Finale
That's all the info we have...

Season 1, Episode 20: "The Stranger"

"The curse will end. Good will win"-Henry
Excellent, excellent episode tonight. Not as good as last week, but as you can clearly see, we are certainly nearing season 1's climax. And if the commercials about it being TV's #1 new drama were any indication, I think we'll be getting a season 2 so yay! This was really Pinocchio/ Gepetto centric, which I couldn't bring myself to love since the extreme hatred I developed toward August last week. Anyway, I'll get into that later. Lets get started!

THE FAIRYTALE WORLD:
Pinocchio and Gepetto were obviously the main focus of this. And as much as I hate August, every time he put on that little hat my heart gave a little squeeze and my mouth went "awwww". At the beggining of the episode, when the stupid little blue fairy said "as long as he remains honest and unselfish, he will be a real boy" it made me shoot off with "so that's why you're dying. Because you're a selfish liar!" But midway through the episode, I started to feel a little bad. I mean, August just doesn't want to die, and his only way to do that is through Emma, and all he's done is get her further away from believing. But more on that later. The point is, Pinocchio's story was sweet. And I like how much Gepetto cares about him, and that he says trying to get Emma to believe...trying to correct his mistake...is enough for him.
The Blue Fairy is still one of the most hated characters in my book. I'm actually a bit upset that she was totally cool trasporting Emma and Pinocchio, but not Rumple.
I used to really dislike Jiminy Cricket, but he's actually turning into one of my favorite characters. That thing Gepetto said about his parents was really "Oh no he didn't!" and it made me very sad.

STORYBROOKE:
The whole Regina and David thing was built up way more than it should have been, and it was predictable. Regina tries to seduce him, and fails. Lame.
Emma, Henry, and August were all kind of tied together here. August really, really wants Emma to believe, just like Henry. But Henry wants it so that good will prevail and all that, and August wants it so he doesn't die. And, well, now Emma thinks he's a sociopath. Honestly, I'm wondering if he is too. I mean, that leg looked pretty dang normal to me. At least from Emma's point of view. And now Emma's got Henry in her car and is pretty much kidnapping him. Yup. She's screwed. This is like Mary M running away from jail except dumber.
Mr. Gold is just too awesome. I thought it was the weirdest thing in the world when he didn't start cussing August out as soon as he answered, or start hitting him on the head with his cane when he walked into the shop, but whatever. Guess that's just how he rolls. And I'm DYING to know when he's going to find Belle. Somehow, I think August will have something to do with it.

LINGERING THOUGHT AND/OR QUESTIONS:
-Honestly. Who's going to die in the finale. I screamed when I thought it might be Henry in that little trailer...ah please no!
-Was I the only one who totes expected to see Baelfire walk out from the back of the orphanage and be like "Hey. What up?"
-What's going to happen to Emma and Henry?
-Sorry, but I do not, nor will I ever ship Emma and August. I ship Emma and Baelfire haha...not kidding. I still am rooting for him being Henry's dad, but we'll see.
-I heard on tumblr that the hatter would be in the next episode. Don't take that to heart though. I know he'll be in the finale for sure, but this is just a rumor.
-Is August really going to die?
-Is Emma ever going to believe?
-Can you believe there are only two more episodes lift!? Surreal....
-What'd you think of the episode?

AND COMING UP NEXT WEEK...
"An Apple Red as Blood" By Jane Epenson (famous for the Rumple episodes) and David H. Goodman ("True North" and "Hat Trick")
As Regina devises a master plan that will force Emma into leaving Storybrooke forever, Henry pleads with Emma to continue her quest while the events surrounding Snow White's rescue of Prince Charming are revealed along with her plan to enlist the aid of her allies and defeat the Evil Queen once and for all.

Finale Predictions

There is a new poll on this site, and it is definitely a spoiler so if you don't like spoilers...well...put a piece of paper on the side of your computer screen or something because it's there and I have no intention of taking it down. So, what is this insane spoiler?
I'm getting to it (which I know is silly because it's staring you in the face) but first I'd like to discuss a few other theories:
-So, the big question since "The Return" has been, who and where is Baelfire. He's around, I guess. But that's where the information stops. But I have a new favorite theory:
He's Henry's dad. Think about it. He's not in Storybrooke (well, as far as we know), and Emma said he's no hero. I know that doesn't sound like Bae, but give it some more thought. He lost his dad and was sent to a land without magic with no way back. That could turn a person pretty cold hearted. So, what do you all think of that theory?

-What's going to go down with Belle? Don't deny it. We've all been wondering. Hell, I've even fan-ficed about it and I NEVER fan-fic. Every time I see a scene in the hospital my mind immediately goes "they're gonna find her! yes!"
We know we won't really find out until the finale, but it's still cool to throw theories around. Katherine is in the hospital, and it's Gold's fault...so does that mean that maybe-just maybe-they could find her via Katherine? And when they do, I'm sure one of two things will happen:
1. Gold will wring Regina's neck out and call her every horrible word you're allowed to say on television and leave her for dead (of course she won't really die. That'd be silly.)
2. Belle or Gold will die. Because that's the only way they're getting rid of this plotline. It sounds horrible, but it's true.
Other things that could happen with Belle are floating around all over the place. I'm actually looking at ouattheories.tumblr.com as I'm writing this, so I'm really thinking hard.
-One person said that Regina will release Belle if Gold agrees to admit his involvement with Katherine.
-Somebody else said Belle is Gina's daughter? That one's nuts.
-Someone else said that Belle will break out and save Gold's life like in the movie.

So, all that stuff is great, but I've got a lovely spoiler for you all just so that your minds will explode (that one was a quip #Rumpelstiltskin):
Someone completely, majorly, incredibly SHOCKING will DIE sometime over the next few episodes.
So who's it gonna be?
Theories are incredibly appreciated, and I'm going to be moving the post to the top over and over again until it happens, so if you don't see the review for any of the next episode, just scroll down.
